About me
My path.
Movement has always been my natural language — from the rhythm of dance to the quiet of mountain peaks.
At one point, life led me into the opposite: long hours in front of a computer, urgency, and stress that slowly, but surely, begin to take your breath away.
It was this experience that led me to what I live and share today:
the body does not need another effort.
It needs space.
In my work, there is no forcing, no proving, no rushing.
There is only your rhythm and full presence.
My work is grounded in Dharma Yoga and Yin practices, with specific focus on working with trauma, anxiety and depression. I am currently deepening my work through propedeutics of psychotherapy, with the belief that movement and conversation are inseparable parts of the same return to oneself.

My role is to hold a safe space where your authenticity can unfold naturally – just as you are.
To ensure full presence and the highest level of dedication in every session, the number of appointments per month is limited.
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
Please respect our shared time.
Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance, as this space has been held specifically for you.
